These Carpet Care FAQ will give you a lot of answers to the questions we get asked most frequently.

Is Revenge! safe to be used around kids & pets?
Used as directed, Revenge! can be used around pets and kids.  Like any cleaning product, keep it away from the ears, eyes, nose, & mouth, and keep kids and pets away from treated areas until they are completely dry. 

Is Revenge! safe to use on all types of carpet?
Revenge! works great on stains & odors on all modern carpeting.  Any fiber that is water safe can be effectively cleaned and deodorized by Revenge!  Even Laundry stains!  With natural fibers like wool & cotton you will need to be extremely cautious, as these fibers are prone to bleed.  On all carpeting, and especially upholstery, always test on a hidden area, or scrap piece for color fastness, and NEVER USE ON leather, suede, satin, silk, velvet, or dry-clean only fibers.  To test for color fastness in a hidden area or scrap piece, spray a liberal amount of Revenge! (2 or 3 good squirts)  to get fibers well saturated and allow to completely dry.  A good 'test area' would be where any two different colors meet, striped upholstery, for example.  After dry, check area for any color bleeding, or adverse effects.

Can I use Revenge! for my Laundry stains too?
Absolutely!  A number of our carpet Customers over the years have called into the office to tell us that they have been getting great results using Revenge! on their tough laundry stains that other pre-wash spotters failed to remove.You will quickly find that Revenge! is one of the best Laundry Stain removers on the market today.  We have always suggested our Customers think of their carpeting as their biggest, most expensive sweater anyway.

How does Revenge! work?
Revenge! easily eliminates tough stains and odors by attacking them at the atomic level, emulsifying even oily stains allowing them to be simply blotted, or rinsed away.  

Will Revenge! work on old stains?
Old stain or new, easy or tough, Revenge! will not let you down.  If you have an old urine, or liquid stain, be sure to treat, and saturate an area approximately twice the size of the visible surface stain.  Gravity quickly spreads urine and liquid spills into the carpet backing and padding.  You need to be sure Revenge! saturates the entire area effected by the stain and odor before it will completely disappear.  When dealing with tough old stains and odors, 

How do I treat old or really tough stains differently for best results?
Old, or really tough stains and odors usually require the use of more Revenge! and longer dwell times.

Does Revenge! work on pet stains?
Yes, Revenge! works great on all kinds of pet odors - hairballs, vomit, pee, poop...you name it, Revenge! can do it!  We are pet owners and lovers too, we use Revenge! in our own homes every day.   One of our original goals for the Revenge! formula, was that it was just as good at eliminating odors as it was at removing stains.  Revenge! will permanently eliminate most pet vomit, urine, and feces odors on the first shot!  Old, or really bad stains and odors may require additional treatments of Revenge!
